1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stealthy Trader (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform License & Use

Stealthy Trader grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal algorithmic trading purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the strategies or source code
• Sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Platform or any strategies
• Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Access the Platform using automated tools or bots (except our own trading bots)
• Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's operation

3. Account & Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

4. Broker & Account Responsibility

Stealthy Trader connects to your broker account using third-party integrations (such as cTrader). You acknowledge that:

• Your broker account is your own responsibility — we do not manage or control it
• All trades executed through the Platform are your trades in your account
• We do not hold or manage customer funds; all capital remains with your broker
• Broker fees, commissions, and slippage are your responsibility

5. Trading Risks

Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments is risky and not suitable for all investors. You assume all risks associated with:

• Strategy execution and performance
• Broker-side failures or disconnections
• Market gaps and slippage
• Leverage and leverage-related losses

6. Strategy Performance & Disclaimer

Stealthy Trader provides strategies with backtested results. We do not guarantee future performance. Historical backtests may not reflect live market conditions. Results shown are for educational purposes and do not constitute a recommendation to trade any particular strategy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealthy Trader is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Trading losses or account drawdowns
• Platform unavailability or downtime
• Errors in strategy execution or broker connectivity
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Fees & Payment

Stealthy Trader is provided free of charge. We do not charge subscription fees, licensing fees, or performance fees. However, your broker may charge trading commissions, spreads, or other fees for executing trades.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity
• Abuse the Platform's systems

10. No Investment Advice

Stealthy Trader provides trading tools and strategies only. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as such. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making trading decisions.

11. User-Generated Content & Feedback

By submitting feedback, bug reports, or content to Stealthy Trader, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the parties reside.
